Real glass for moving pictures.
Every other effect in this category blurs what is behind it. Nx LiquidGlass Pro bends it — a real thickness field for every shape, and light traced through it with the same equations a lens designer would use. Refraction, dispersion, absorption, reflection, caustics: every stage is physical, and every stage is a control you can grade with.
It moves like liquid because it is modelled as liquid: drops that merge, ripples that bend the light, titles and logos poured in glass, a card you can tilt with edges that exist — natively inside DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Final Cut Pro.

Key features
A true thickness field under every pixel, and light traced through it with Snell’s law. The rim magnifies, the middle bends — nothing is blurred or painted on.
Colour splits from a real Abbe number, at the curved edge and only there, because that is the only place light bends.
Tint follows the actual light path: nearly clear at the thin rim, saturated through the thick middle.
Faces you look straight through, grazing angles turn mirror-like, and a physically-based highlight from a light you position — and can sweep over time.
Focused light pools where the lens converges it — in the shadow, through the body, chromatically split by dispersion.
Drops reach for each other and merge with surface tension. Ripples bend the light instead of wobbling the outline. Every entrance rides a spring, with per-shape stagger.
Feed any title, logo or matte through the source alpha and it becomes letterform glass — a real dome of thickness on every stroke.
See-through shadows with a bright core, cast caustics that land at the refracted spot, and a Light Sweep that moves highlight, rim and shadow together.
A pane you can tilt, with edges that exist: real foreshortening, walls that absorb along the chord, a shadow that softens with the gap.
Liquid Glass UI, Widget, Clear, Frosted, Minimal Rim, Water Droplet, Liquid Blobs, Ball Lens, Cut Crystal, Diamond, Emerald — plus your own, saved per project.
Keeps what is behind the glass readable on any plate — built for lower thirds, captions and UI over footage.
Metal, CUDA, OpenCL and CPU paths render the same frame, so a look built in Resolve is the same look in Premiere, AE and FCP.
