Reporting a bug? Include the host and its version, your operating system and the plugin version shown in its panel. A screenshot helps.
Before you write
- Where is my license key?
- In your order email and under My Account, together with your downloads.
- How many machines can I use it on?
- Two per key, on any combination of hosts and operating systems. Uninstalling frees a seat, and activating on a third machine automatically deactivates the first.
- Do updates cost anything?
- No. Updates are free and are announced by email to everyone who owns the product.
- Does the demo expire?
- No. It renders with a watermark until a key is entered, and the key removes it in place.
